Junior Programs

Junior Circus Fit Camp
Junior Circus Fit is a great introduction to trapeze bar and other circus apparatus.  Participants will focus on specific skills based on their individual fitness level.  The classes are structured to ensure that each participant gets equal training time.  Instructors are professional circus performers and have been training in the arts for at least 8 years.

Quick Camp Stats:

  • 12 week sessions
  • 1 ½ hour classes
  • Wednesday afternoon 4:30 pm
  • Maximum of 6 students
  • Ages 7 - 12

Junior Adventure Boot Camp
Quick Camp Stats:

  • 12 week program
  • 1 hour classes
  • Ages 7 - 12
  • Thursday 5:00 pm
  • Cost:  1 day a week - $175.00 + tax, $300.00 + tax

  • Increase cardiovascular endurance
  • Improve overall body strength & awareness
  • Build core strength and stability
  • Enhance speed, agility & balance
  • Provide a fun & safe atmosphere
  • Improve self confidence

Description:
Junior Boot Camp is a great program whether you’re trying to cultivate the love of fitness in your child or if you’re trying to help them become better at their given sport.  This program will help take your child to the next level in an exciting and unique way.  Every week is different and is progressive in nature building with the ability of the group.

Various training formats will be used to meet the program focus.  Drills will be used to develop cardiovascular endurance.  Circuits work on body strength & quick movements.  Obstacle courses focus on improving agility and lateral movements.  Body weight exercises will create body awareness, balance and overall strength.  Partner and group work will boost self confidence and the ability to communicate with others.

In addition to the various training formats, equipment will be chosen based on the skill set the group is working on.  All equipment is provided and includes but are not limited to:

  • Agility ladders & cones
  • Boxes
  • Ropes
  • Fitness balls (medicine, stability, bosu)
  • Resistance bands
  • Pull up bars

Our 5100 square foot facility provides an amazing atmosphere to enhance performance.  The large open space is transformed each week to facilitate the variety in the programming.
