Circus Fit Boot Camp is an exciting program designed to increase your body awareness, build upper body strength and develop your core. This unique program will combine body conditioning exercises using a trapeze bar and floor work to give you a total body workout.
Classes are 1 ½ hours long and run on Saturday mornings at 9 am. The groups are extremely small, to ensure each participant gets the most out of their experience.
All fitness levels are welcome. Bar work will be tailored to each individual depending on their fitness level.
This program will change the way you look at working out! It’s fun and exciting and an incredible experience.
