| A four week program of fitness instruction, nutritional education and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by qualified and passionate instructors. There are a variety of morning and evening classes depending on the location, see the calendar page for your options. Classes run for 1 hour a day, 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
No matter your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results. Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same old workout or gym routine, this adventure is for you!
Each day of camp will be different. Camps will combine callisthenics, core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, obstacle courses, themed days and more. You will not be bored with this workout.

Buy a 3 camp package and save at least $45:
- 3 days: $600 + tax
- 4 days: $735 + tax
- 5 days: $845 + tax
Buy a 6 camp package (to be used in a 12 month period) and save at least 15%:
- 3 days: $1100 + tax
- 4 days: $1300 + tax
- 5 days: $1500 + tax
Buy a year membership (10 camps) and save $550.00 or more:
- 3 days: $1600.00 + tax (regularly $2150)
- 4 days: $2000 + tax (regularly $2600)
- 5 days: $2200 + tax (regularly $3000)
What you need to Bring:
- An exercise mat (or a towel)
- Hand weights (5 - 8 lbs)
- Water
- Running Shoes (most suited for the program is cross trainers)
