Get active with your baby in this fun four week program. Meet other parents, get your body moving and bond with your baby. Finding time to exercise with a new baby can be a challenge, but with this program it's easy. Come out twice a week for an hour and you'll be amazed at how great you feel.
This program is designed so that you can choose to workout with your baby in a carrier or workout while your baby plays beside you. Many participants find it more satisfying to workout while their babies play together.
This program runs Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings at 10:45 am. You can choose between coming 2 or 3 times a week. The classes are 1 hour long and you get a total body workout.
You'll do something different everyday, get a chance to share stories and of course try to figure out when you'll ever get a full night sleep again!
