TRX Training

A whole new way to work out your body.  You’ve never experienced a workout like this before!

TRX takes your regular body weight exercises to the next level.  TRX, known as suspension training is different from conventional training because it doesn’t focus on a single muscle group for each exercise.  Using the TRX forces you to connect your entire body through every movement.

Movements using the TRX integrate strength and balance into a single dynamic format that maximizes the benefits of body-weight exercises for faster results.

Class Times:

  • Saturday Morning:  8:30 am – 9:30 am
  • Monday Nights: 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm
  •  TRX Thursdays:
    • 6:30 am  – 7:30 am
    • 9:30 am – 10:30 am
    • 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
  • Sign up required for each class.  Please email or call to confirm your spot.
  • Maximum 9 participants
  • Classes sold in packages of 5 classes
    • 5 classes –  $130.00 ($26.00 per class)
    • 10 classes – $250.00 ($25.00 per class)
