TRX takes your regular body weight exercises to the next level. TRX, known as suspension training is different from conventional training because it doesn’t focus on a single muscle group for each exercise. Using the TRX forces you to connect your entire body through every movement.
Movements using the TRX integrate strength and balance into a single dynamic format that maximizes the benefits of body-weight exercises for faster results.
